RDS equipped pistols can unlock added performance, so long as the user knows how to leverage them.  In this one day class you will learn the ins and outs of leveraging an optic on your pistol.

This course is perfect for the private citizen wanting to EDC a RDS equipped pistol, LE that is transitioning or already transitioned to RDS equipped duty pistols, and competition shooters.  THIS IS NOT A BEGINNERS COURSE.

Objectives:

-Understanding the different types of RDS’s and their specific uses

-Proper mounting and zeroing

-Fast and repeatable presentations

-Occluded and compromised optic shooting

-RDS aiming schemes

-Utilizing the dot for diagnostics

-Functional Exercises 

 

Equipment requirements:

  • Serviceable pistol with optic
  • Spare battery
  • Minimum of 300 rounds
  • All safety gear
  • Lawn chair, sack lunch, hydration, snacks, sunscreen, and any other creature comforts you require
